4. Returns & Exchanges
   Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 7 workinng days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. No returns for change of mind or size issues.

5. Shipping
   We ship within Malaysia and worldwide using trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary. Caroline Trendy is not responsible for delays once an item is shipped.
